Fall Out Boy - What A Catch, Donnie

New video for arguably the best song from the most recent FOB album, completely leaving all notions of Pop-Punk and Emo behind. Excellent use of memories from old videos to match the use of various "friends of FOB" vocalists to highlight refrains from the old singles. All of them are there to, in cameos, so be on the lookout!

Get Up Kids Reunion Tour

Classic 90s Emo-originators (back before the term was tainted) the Get Up Kids are reuniting for the second time in two years to celebrate the 10th anniversary of their excellent album Something to Write Home About. That album was when I realized that it was ok to like music that actually admits to being emo, and the combination of angular, yet melodic guitars with straight-forward, heart on sleeve lyrics confirmed my love for the much maligned genre.

come tomorrow i'll be on my way back home
in the morning call from a roadside telephone
one night doesn't mean the rest of my life
if i go it's not impossible but possible is probably wrong
so, let go because i'm afraid to try
keep my hands by my side
i won't come back
i hope someday you'll understand
i want to try and make it right but dont' know if i can
last night everything was right and the rain was gone
one summer night's the only time we've known
shut your eyes and when you wake i'll be gone
